Job Description: |
Ideas is a campus-wide group, focused on bringing together artists and developers to use the newest hardware and software technologies in AR, VR, and educational games. Projects are wide-ranging and have focused on laboratory safety, visualization of remote data loggers, medical imaging, architectural engineering, and educational app development. Projects are designed to enhance student portfolio's and build connections to internal and external clients. Informal inquiries are welcome. Requirements: |
Programming Track: Proficiency in C# programming language and experience with Unity development. Familiarity with object-oriented programming, data structures, AI, and algorithms. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Art Track: Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating 2D/3D assets, characters, environments, and animations. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Maya, or equivalent. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. |
