Job Description: |
Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Information Technology and collaborating with the University's Salesforce users, gain exposure to a platform more than 150,000 companies use worldwide. Student Analysts will help engage alumni and build their network of Salesforce/Data professionals by becoming involved in all aspects of the Salesforce lifecycle; requirements gathering, feature design, platform development, QA testing and release management. Strong problem solving and communication skills will ensure solutions aid in the success of the University while also providing necessary skills to become successful as a CRM Administrator or Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Salesforce or Tableau functional requirements including use cases and user stories.
2. Complete User Acceptance testing.
3. Learn declarative administration of Salesforce.

Requirements: |
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Creative and analytical thinking.
Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
Experience or knowledge of the following is a plus:
1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
2. Data Analysis (Tableau or Power BI)
3. Web development
4. HTML, JavaScript. SQL
5. User Design |
