Basics of Matlab - Customized Session

This training session is a six-hour (one day) hands-on lecture based on the assumption that the student does not know or did not receive a formal exposure to MATLAB. The following topics will be covered:

1.7. Loops and logical tests;
1.8. Basic plotting.

2. 1. User defined functions;
2.2. Importing & exporting data in Matlab and ASCII formats
2.3. Numerical integration;
2.4. Numerical root finding;
2.5. Symbolic computation.
3. Matlab Visualization & Specialized Tools
3.1. Ordinary Differential Equations;
3.2. Visualization;
3.3. Improving the performance of Matlab codes
