Microsoft Word 30 Min Remote: Creating Form Letters/E-mails Using Mail Merge

The 30 Minute Review sessions are an option for those people who cannot attend a full in-person training class. In this 30 minute remote support training meeting, I'll provide a solid overview of the following steps for mail merge:

  • Creating the Main Document/E-mail
  • Specifying Data for Your Mail Merge
  • Inserting Merge Fields
  • Finishing the Merge
Remote support training meetings are conducted using a combination of the telephone and Microsoft Communicator on the PC or Screen Sharing on the Mac.
