The Seminar will take place on site at the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (EMPA).

All seminar activities will take place in the main building of the EMPA facility in room 503. To access the main building:
- Participants arriving by bus should follow the instructions on the map, and upon arrival at the gate, press the white button to talk to the attendant in the building. After the gate is opened, please enter the building and obtain your visitor's pass from the front desk.
- Participants arriving by private car should also follow the instructions on the map, and upon arrival at the guard station, show identification to the guards and obtain a parking pass, which needs to be displayed in the car's window. Passing through the gate, drivers should turn left and follow the EMPA signs. Upon entering the main EMPA building, please obtain your visitor's pass from the front desk.
